Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Unbleached Flour
  • 1-1/4 cup Flaked Coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 7 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Melted Chocolate
  • 5 Tablespoons Sprinkles

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. Stir together flour, coconut and salt
  • 3. Add milk and vanilla
  • 4. Use hands and mix together
  • 5. Form golf ball size cookies and place on a greased baking sheet
  • 6. Bake for12 to 15 minutes
  • 7. Once cool enough to handle, dip in melted chocolate and set on wax paper
  • 8. Sprinkle with candies and allow to set in fridge or freezer
