- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 10 cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 whole Steaks (your Preference)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 cups Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Drain and let cool.
- Add garlic to a small bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add thyme and mustard and mix well, making a paste.

- Season steaks with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
- Cook steaks on a hot grill for 4 -5 minutes each side (you want them undercooked because they will finish in the oven).

- Place in oven and bake 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and crusty.
