Ingredients
- 1 lb. margarine
- 4 c. flour (plain)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add flour, salt, vanilla and oats. Roll into finger shapes about 1-inch long.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (or until light brown).
- Roll while warm in powdered sugar.
- Cool and roll again.
