Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar

Method

  • 1. Trim the stem end of the sprouts and break off any discolored leaves, cut larger sprouts in half.
  • 2. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • 3. Arrange sprouts in single layer on roasting pan and roast at 450 F for about 20 minutes, or until starting to brown and crisping on the edges.
  • Note: If you are a balsamic "nut" this recipe can be increased to a 1:1 ratio.
