Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 4 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 oz chocolate (bitter or semi) melted
- 1 tbsp milk
Method
- Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter with sugar, mix in cooled chocolate. Gradually add dry ingredients, add milk until combined. Form into disc, refrigerate 45 minutes. Roll balls in powdered sugar, bake at 350.
