Ingredients
- 6 to 8 c. zucchini, sliced and peeled
- 2/3 c. bottled lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 3 sticks oleo, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Simmer but do not stir zucchini and lemon juice until clear. Add nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar.
- Blend well.
- Set this mixture aside.
