Ingredients
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 bag chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. raisins or 1/4 c. nuts (optional)
Method
- Melt the chips in saucepan over low heat.
- May add 1 tablespoon water, if necessary.
- Stir in noodles, raisins or nuts carefully so as not to crunch the noodles.
- Spoon onto wax paper. Cool and store in airtight container.
