Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- dash of cinnamon
- 8 to 10 sliced peaches
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Place peaches in long Pyrex dish.
- Add sugar, butter, cinnamon and water.
- Cook 1 hour in oven at 350°.
- Mix flour and milk and stir until lumps are out.
- Pour over peaches; cook until brown. (Can cook for 15 minutes in microwave, then pour batter on it and bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes).
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
