- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup sugar substitute
- 18 cup brown sugar substitute
- 14 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat bottom of 8x8 baking dish.
- Spoon flour into dry measuring cup and combine with chocolate chips and baking soda.
- Add in sugars and remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- Spread batter in bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
