Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup sugar substitute
  • 18 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 14 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Coat bottom of 8x8 baking dish.
  • Spoon flour into dry measuring cup and combine with chocolate chips and baking soda.
  • Add in sugars and remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  • Spread batter in bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
