Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs (or graham crackers)
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 8 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
- 3 eggs
- 23 cup sugar
- 13 cup amaretto liqueur
Method
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- CRUST - Mix crumbs and melted butter together and press on bottom of a 9" springform pan.
- FILLING - Beat cream cheese in a large bowl at low speed until smooth.
- Slowly add melted chocolate, eggs, sugar and liquer.
- Beat until blended.
- Pour over crust in springform pan.
- Bake @ 350* for 45-50 minutes, until set.
- Run a knife around the edge of pan and allow cake to cool in pan.
- When cool,refrigerate at least 4 hours.
