Ingredients
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
- 3 c. milk
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. or more margarine
- 1 c. peanut butter
Method
- Heat milk; add egg yolks (beaten).
- Combine flour with sugar and cocoa.
- Cook until thick.
- Cool.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into baked pie shells.
- Cool until okay to spread melted peanut butter over.
- Melt some good quality semi-sweet chocolate pieces with margarine and spread over peanut butter.
