Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- In small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- Add rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
