- 2 c. Wisconsin Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Wisconsin Mascarpone cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 lb. box white fish caviar, gently rinsed
- 8 lasagna noodles (2 inches wide)
Method
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Put 4 noodles in baking dish.
- Add half of all ingredients, then layer the other half of ingredients. Put in refrigerator.
