Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can low-fat Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container lite Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 (20 oz.) lite cherry pie filling
Method
- Beat cream cheese and gradually add milk, then Cool Whip. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Break cake into small pieces.
- Put layer of broken pieces in large glass dish.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cake.
- Spread pie filling on top. Refrigerate overnight.
