Ingredients
- 3 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 4 cans tomatoes
- 2 (4.5 oz.) cans mild green chilies, drained
- 1 can tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
Method
- Brown hamburger and onions.
- Drain off grease.
- Pressure pinto beans for 30 minutes and drain.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cook in slow pot overnight.
- Bring to a boil and turn down on low.
