Ingredients
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili
- 2 c. cooked rice
- grated cheese
Method
- Remove seed from peppers; steam about 10 minutes.
- Cook onion in oil until tender and combine with chili and rice.
- Fill peppers with mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in baking dish with water in bottom.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
