Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
- Mix water, egg and vinegar with a fork and add to flour.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Dough can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days or frozen until ready to use.
- Makes 2 double crusts for 9-inch shell.
