Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
- 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry dry Jell-O
Method
- Mix tomatoes and sugar.
- Boil 15 minutes; stir often.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Jell-O.
- Stir well.
- Put in containers.
- Put in refrigerator for one day.
- Then store in freezer.
- Makes 2 pints.
