- 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces diced hot chili peppers
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Method
- Toss together cheese, cornstarch and garlic powder.
- Heat oil.
- add rest of the ingredients and heat just to boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheese. Do not boil.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
