- hard-boiled eggs
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- pickle juice (from a jar of dill pickles)
- paprika
Method
- Peel egg and cut in half longways.
- Remove yolks and put into a mixing bowl.
- Combine yolk and mayonnaise to a thick yet smooth consistency.
- Add one teaspoon of mustard and mix.
- Add one teaspoon of pickle juice and mix.
- Spoon mixture back into egg white.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
