Ingredients

  • 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 whole Romas Tomatoes, Seeded
  • 5 whole Tomatillo's Cleaned Well
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Green Chiles From A Can
  • 1 whole Chipotle Pepper
  • 1/2 whole Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 quart Water

Method

  • You can do this two ways.
  • You can throw everything in a large saucepan and cook it until the chicken is cooked through, then remove the chicken and add the everything else to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Or you can put all the ingredients except the chicken in a pot and boil until the tomatoes are mush, then blend, then add the chicken and cook until cooked through.
  • Lastly, shred the chicken and add back to sauce.
  • Either way, the end result is the same!
  • Use chicken to fill burritos, tacos, or enchiladas.
