Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut into pcs
- 6 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 (16 ounce.) jar Steinfeld's Wine Kraut (or possibly reg. kraut), liquid removed
- 1 c. apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- In large skillet fry chicken pcs in small amount of oil till brown.
- Then add in liquid removed sauerkraut and potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix apple juice with curry pwdr, ginger and brown sugar and pour over chicken.
- Simmer for 45 min.
