Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Method
- Brown chicken slowly in butter.
- Heat broth, instant minced onions and undrained mushrooms to boiling.
- Add uncooked rice and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in almonds.
