Ingredients
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lg. or 2 small stewed chickens. Reserve broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Combine and heat broth, cheese, soup, bell pepper, onion and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
