Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
Method
- Place breasts in 9 x 13-inch dish; top each piece with 1/2 cheese slice.
- Thin soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing and melted butter.
- Sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°, covered with foil.
- Then push dressing into mixture and bake 1/2 hour, uncovered, to brown.
- Serves 6 to 8.
