Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 8 cup chopped fresh bok choy
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 salt and pepper
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet over med heat
- Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 min
- Add bok choy and soy sauce and cook 3-5 mins until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
