Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3/4 sleeve soda crackers

Method

  • Mix
  • hash
  • brown
  • potatoes,
  • sour cream, grated cheese, onion, soup and salt all together.
  • Melt 1 stick margarine in 9
  • x 13-inch
  • pan.
  • Put potato mixture in pan. Crumble soda crackers. Melt
  • other
  • stick of margarine and mix with crackers.
  • Put on top of potato mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
