Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 sleeve soda crackers
Method
- Mix
- hash
- brown
- potatoes,
- sour cream, grated cheese, onion, soup and salt all together.
- Melt 1 stick margarine in 9
- x 13-inch
- pan.
- Put potato mixture in pan. Crumble soda crackers. Melt
- other
- stick of margarine and mix with crackers.
- Put on top of potato mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
