Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
- 1 cup water
- 3 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Cook sprouts in 1 cup water till tender.
- Drain and cut in half and place in a baking dish.
- Spread eggs over sprouts. Sprinkle the cheese over the sprouts and eggs.
