Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Hidden Valley original Ranch dressing mix
- 16 oz. thawed vegetable medley mix
- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast strips
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken. Stir in dressing mix.
- Add vegetables and water. Stir-fry about 2 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
