Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar well; add sour cream, Pet milk and pudding mix. Mix on slow for about 2 minutes. Fold in cream that has been whipped. Add vanilla. Pour into freezer container and finish filling with milk. When making strawberry or peach, use about 1 quart of sweetened fruit that has been chopped in blender. When making peach ice cream, use a half teaspoon almond extract. If you make vanilla, use the French vanilla instant pudding.
