Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken parts
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 jar bouillon cubes (chicken flavor)
- 2 celery stalks, chopped (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pkg. noodles
- 1/2 can whole tomatoes, drained
Method
- Boil all ingredients, except noodles and tomatoes, until tender, about 2 hours on low heat. Take chicken out of broth and cool.
- Debone chicken.
- Tear in small pieces and return to broth.
