Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 oz. Bleu cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (No. 303) can asparagus tips, drained
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1 loaf extra thin white bread
Method
- Soften cheese at room temperature.
- Mix together well.
- Add egg.
- Trim crusts from bread slices.
- Roll each slice with rolling pin.
- Spread with cheese mixture, 1/2 tip of asparagus and roll up.
- Dip in melted butter.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 25 rolls.
