- 4 whole chicken breasts
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk and chicken broth
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 can Ortega green chili salsa
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Bake chicken in foil for 1 hour at 400°, then bone.
- Cut in large pieces.
- Season.
- Cut tortillas in strips.
- Mix soup, milk, onion and chili salsa.
