Ingredients
- 6 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Have popped popcorn ready.
- In saucepan, melt brown sugar, syrup, salt and butter together.
- Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla; stir well and pour over popcorn (that's in a large sheet pan).
- Cook in 200° oven for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
