Ingredients
- 1/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts(add a little salt)
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 heaping tbls. dijon mustard
- 1/2 of a lemon juiced
- 2 stalks celery finely chopped
- 2 tbls. chopped parsley(flatleaved)
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- pepper to taste
Method
- MIx all together. Refrigerate
