Ingredients

  • 1 sm. box vanilla wafers
  • 3 or possibly 4 sm. bananas
  • 1 sm. carton Cold Whip
  • 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 sm. carton lowfat sour cream

Method

  • In a large glass dish (9"x13"), layer vanilla wafers, then bananas.
  • Mix together pudding and 3 c. lowfat milk.
  • Add in Cold Whip and lowfat sour cream; mix well.
  • Pour half of mix over bananas.
  • Make another layer of wafers, then bananas, then mix.
  • Top with a few crushed wafers.
  • Chill.
  • Serves 10 to 12.
