- 2 round 8" cake pans

Method
- Bake cake according to directions.
- When cooled, poke holes in cake with meat fork.
- Make jello. Let cool a bit.
- Pour jello evenly over cake.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- Make instant pudding. Mix with Cool Whip.
- 1/2 the pudding/Cool Whip in middle of layers.
- Remaining 1/2 on top and sides.
- Chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Can be decorated on top with a few candied lemon slices.
