Ingredients
- 6 croissants
- 6 cooked, chopped chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped cashews
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. minced chives or green onions
- mayonnaise (enough for consistency)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each side of a croissant.
- Spread the chicken salad on the croissant.
- Serve with fruit.
