Ingredients
- 1 c. grits, cooked according to directions
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 2 whole eggs, well beaten
- milk
- salt
Method
- While grits are hot, melt butter and cheese in it.
- Place eggs in measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1 cup.
- Add milk and eggs to grits mixture.
- Pour into a casserole and bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
