Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breast fillets
- Italian bread crumbs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1 lb. bacon
Method
- Place fillets in a Ziploc bag and roll with rolling pin to flatten slightly.
- Place fillets on waxed paper.
- Put 1 ounce cream cheese on fillet and roll up.
- Wrap with 2 strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Beat eggs and water.
- Dip roll-ups into egg wash.
- Dip into bread crumbs.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Very good!
