Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken breast fillets
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 lb. bacon

Method

  • Place fillets in a Ziploc bag and roll with rolling pin to flatten slightly.
  • Place fillets on waxed paper.
  • Put 1 ounce cream cheese on fillet and roll up.
  • Wrap with 2 strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Beat eggs and water.
  • Dip roll-ups into egg wash.
  • Dip into bread crumbs.
  • Place in shallow pan.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  • Very good!
