Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 large onions
Method
- Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
- Add milk, 2 tablespoons oil and egg.
- Beat until smooth.
- Cut onions into 1/4-inch slices and separate into rings.
