Ingredients
- Chicken breasts, boned
- Sliced ham
- Sliced Swiss cheese
- Cream of asparagus soup diluted with 1/2 lowfat milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Paprika
- Grated cheese
Method
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each breast and roll up.
- Place breasts in pan, overlapping side down.
- Pour diluted soup over all and sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly, paprika generously and a little grated cheese.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Serve with rice.
