Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes per packages
  • sliced onions and peppers (any other veggies you prefer)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced American or cheddar cheese

Method

  • Tear off a piece of non-stick foil about 10-12 inches long. Peel and cut the potatoes, add the sliced onions and peppers, along with the tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper into the center of the foil.
  • Fold the foil and close it tightly at the top and on the sides.
  • Cook it on the grill on low for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Once the potatoes are done, open the packet (be careful of the steam), put slices of the cheese on the potatoes and close the packet up so it can melt.
