Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 fryer, cut into serving pieces or 2 or 3 whole breasts, split
Method
- Mix the soups, water and rice together.
- Dip chicken in 1/2 stick melted butter.
- Pour mixture
- in casserole dish and lay chicken on top.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4 or 6.
