Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 c. water
- 3 large carrots, grated
- 1 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. milk (skim)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- nutmeg and salt to taste
Method
- Bring rice and water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let stand covered about 10 minutes.
- Grate carrots and simmer until partially cooked.
