Ingredients
- 1 pkg. refrigerated all-ready pie crust
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
Method
- Prepare pie crust.
- Combine ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Top with second crust. Seal and crimp edges.
- Slit top of crust to vent.
- Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 6 servings.
