Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon, drained and boned
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack lightly in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Loosen edges. Turn onto a platter. Serve with Mustard Dill Sauce. Serves 4 to 5.
