Ingredients
- pastry for 2 pie shells
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
Method
- Cook onion in butter until tender.
- Add salt and flour.
- Add broth and stir.
- Mix the other stuff and pour in pie shell and put top on pie.
- Put slits in top.
- Bake at 425° to 450° approximately 30 minutes.
- Keep checking.
