Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- flour for dredging
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 5 gloves garlic, chopped
- juice of 1 whole lemon
- pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Method
- Cut chicken in 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces and pound lightly between

- waxed paper.
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour and
- fry
- in
- hot
- oil
- on both sides. Finish all of the chicken
- pieces
- and drain oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients and let it reduce over high heat until it is nicely thickened. Serve with lemon slices and parsley for garnish. Serves 3.
