- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
